  • 1. Whatever dry fruits and nuts are included in the recipe, they have to be chopped before roasting.
  • 2. Whatever edible seeds are there, they have to be roasted in ghee in low flame and then ground. If you use oil bearing seeds without grinding them, then their oil which contains fatty acids will not be completely extracted from it.
